No need to Incorporate yourself as we have done the work for you. You will service as an independent contractor and receive a 1099 at the end of the year. We provide full support during the admissions process and during certification with all clients. We will be there to guide you throughout the process.
What are the costs to get started?
ARISE certification course for the client you select may range from $14 - $179. Additionally, military families receive up to $150 towards their first client’s course.
What are the fees per paycheck?
ARISE deducts a flat fee of $19.75 per paycheck for technical support, administration and training. Tech Geeks 007 dispenses your pay and provides administrative services, basic troubleshooting and support and deducts a flat fee $25 per pay check. If you slack up on your hourly requirements and performance you will be contacted as a kindly reminder and will be directed for further assistance.
If ARISE is already charging the $19.75 why would I pay Tech Geeks 007?
The fee is not for the same thing. Most fees range from $30 - $75 per paycheck. Tech Geeks 007 provides support in the form of (1) continuing education; (2) accounting; (3) revenue disbursement services; (4) the opportunity to service clients without having to incorporate; (5) invaluable coaching. Whereas, ARISE does not provide these services; their function is different from the IBO. ARISE made the decision to work only with IBOs who have the legal documentation and setup. Therefore, they hold IBOs responsible for providing, informing and qualifying agents (CSP). In turn, IBOs are permitted to charge a fee for their continuous service
How much can I expect to earn working from home?
Depending on the amount of hours you work some earn as much as $1,500.00 biweekly while others earn $500.00 biweekly based on work approximately 8 hours a day for a month. Earnings will fluctuate depending on the amount of hours you are servicing. Service revenue varies by client with three payment types: per call, per productive service minute or per staffed hour. Generally, adding up to $9 - $18+ per hour. Some clients offer sales and incentive bonuses.
how many hours can i work?
You create your own schedule. Your client will have certain day(s) they will require. There is a minimum of 15 or 20 hours, depending on the client, per week required under the terms of the contract aka Statement of Work (‘SOW”).
Will I earn income during my client's course?
No. For example, when we attended college or university we were not paid for attending classes. We earned income once we earned a diploma, certificate or degree; these items gave our future employer a measure of confidence that we could do the job. ARISE and Tech Geeks 007 do not compensate for time spent in a client’s certification course as it considers the knowledge obtained will contribute to your success. Please keep in mind your expense for any course is tax deductible.
how soon can i start earning money?
As soon as class is completed and you are officially certified (aka you passed the course). For example, if your course is 10 days you will be able to work that same week. They want you to start as soon as possible – when the information is fresh in your mind
How and when do i get paid?
Once you start working then your payments will be made via direct deposit. You will be provided with a payment schedule for the entire year which will average to approximately two pay periods per month.
Are positions available for individuals throughout the United States of America?
No, certain states are excluded from this program which are: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.
Is there an age limit to work?
Yes, 18 years old.
Which operating system is acceptable for virtual work on my computer?
Depending on which client you decide to service it would be either Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.
Who do I work for, Tech Geeks 007 or ARISE?
Neither, you work for the client(s). Here's the explanation, ARISE labors in getting the big contracts with various clients. In turn, ARISE screens and trains you (i.e., think of an employment agency or broker).
Am I an independent contractor?
Yes you are (aka “sub-contractor”). How so? Arise and Tech Geeks 007 (TG007) does not deduct taxes or social security. Secondly, you are in control of your work schedule and performance. After completing and passing training (aka certification) you are committed by a contract (i.e., SOW = Statement of Work) between you and the client (i.e., Disney, Carnival Cruise & etc).
