Facebook! Are changes really good?

9/23/2011

Okay, a lot of people may not agree to changes or what I'm about to say. Truly, only thing Facebook didn't do right is give Facebook users an option for us to switch back and fourth to the old version and to the new one. Google has that option if your familiar with Google Analytic they had an old version option. What I don't understand is why people aren't submissive to the changes. I read that people are going to Google, Twitter etc. Switching to a different social media site is a change. I become to understand changes aren't always on our side. Technology is one of them that doesn't agree. I understand that phones enhance every day, technology itself evolve every three years. All I see with this change is a new opportunity to learn a new layout and stay on top on the game. I wouldn't won't to be left behind.I have my pros and cons about the new changes. The cons only come from me not knowing how to maneuver thru the new changes. Things that have changed in your life may have been for the good. Take what you've been giving & make the best of it. Challenge yourself, understand that technology is always going to change, just like the time on your clock. http://www.techgeeks007.com/hey-bloggers.html I understand from both sides..really!

9/1/2011

When creating strong passwords, the key to a strong password is length and complexity.
Few tips to keep in mind when creating your password.
  • Use upper and lower case letters, punctuation, symbols, & numbers
  • Use a mixture of characters
  • The longer the mix of characters, the better
  • Make password at least 13 characters or more
  • Refrain from using easy passwords (123,ABC,000,987avoid sequences)
  • Don't use your personal information ( social security, your name, birthday or similar information_
  • Keep all passwords written down in a secure place or create a password backup (some Windows Programs compatible)
  • Avoid words spelled backwards
